Hi,
I want to buy a car in Malaysia but currently possessing valid Indian driving licence. I have read that Driving Licence is required at time of transferring ownership at JPJ. Can I buy car by presenting my Indian Driving Licence ?

Driving licence nothing to do buying car...Check JPJ website for more details for foreign driving licence.

That's right. Your driving license or country of issue has nothing to do with the process of transferring ownership of a car.
