Hi guys!

We are about to relocate in Salmiya in early October, and looking for a long-term flat on a reasonable price.

Does it make sense to search for a place out of Salmiya, in terms of traffic, higher prices etc?

Our company gives each of us a housing stipend of 200KW, so we are able to spend 400-450KW for a nice, cozy, furnished place. Is that possible, as we see prices bit higher than that?

Last, but least - if you have any trusted real estate company, we will be grateful for any contacts.
