Trying to find out any information about the Del Mar compound. I'm moving to Riyadh soon and was looking at their website. Anyone know anything about this.

Its not a compound, security is really bad, the gate is left open all the time, teenagers run wild at night and the compound is open to the public at weekends. People go there for the Shisha at weekends, they have even had fights there. I had my car scratched by the kids. It is cheep and the apartments are ok, but the environment isn't very good.
