Hi Priscilla,

Climate in South Sudan is generally hot, the hottest period being around March and April, few Months before the rain start. Your adaptation is based on facilities you might have. If you live and work in an air conditioned facilities you may not feel the heat. For me the most important things you should remember is

1. As human being we are created to adapt to various climatic condition, I remember a friend of mine who came from Mongolia where the temperature was around minus 40 to Darfur where the temperature was plus 40 and he was fine. Is it not amazing? You don't need to fear, it is easier than you think

2. Drink as much water as you can
3. don't forget to sleep under mosquito net

These are my key advices

Thanks
