I have just built a house, which is located at 277/45 Xo Viet Nghe Tinh st., Binh Thanh Dist., HCMC and want to rent some rooms for expats working in Vietnam.
My house is newly built with 5 floors, including modern furniture. The price for each room is 200 USD/month including utilities and fully equipped, such as air-conditioner, bed, wardrobe, working desk,etc.
