Six months ago you wrote that you got married in Sweden. Either that was a very short marriage, or something doesn't add up here 
As Stumpy mentioned, your "boyfriend" should easily be able to find out the process, as it is well published and there are many resources related to this online. As for the duration, it's variable....just as it is in Sweden, or anywhere else in the world for that matter. It depends on circumstances.
