• At least with 1year experience in managing users via email/phone
• Excellent written & spoken Japanese or Korean or Russian and English
• Willing to work under 24/7 rotational shifts (4 working days + 3 days Off)
• Willing to work in KL Sentral, Malaysia
• Salary is between MYR4000 – MYR5400
