I purchased a beautiful building lot in volcan 8 years ago which I need to sell. It's in a small subdivision and has all utilities and internet in place. Can anyone tell me how much lots are going for now, how difficult selying is and the best place to advertise it or Realtor to use?
If anyone is interested I'm willing to take a loss. Planned to build with former husband lol.
