Looking to the poor response to my earlier question, I realise that I need to phrase my questions differently. So here it goes -
How much salary (total cost to company) compensation can an expat top executive in a mid-level finance co. can expect to get in Nairobi. What would be the other essential components of the compensation package.

While waiting for other members to bring their input, I will suggest you to have a look at this website.
You will have to fill up a questionnaire (provided on the website) as per your qualifications, experience and give details of the company you intend to work for, and it will generate an approximate updated salary report for you for free!
