i have already registered in website of Saudi council of engineers . I am not able to find option to see my SEC Id . It showing my membership as temporary membership .Please advise .

Are you registered with them? Did they attest your certificates?
Try calling their hotline! At least now, someone is answering the call unlike before.

what browser did you use?
try the internet explorer,,
they will charge you 50sar for viewing/downloading your SCE ID

Not sure if they change their system, the last time i checked, it is free whether by e-mail or by mobile.
