Hello, I am a fully qualified chef and mature person from Bournemouth in the UK keen on re locating to Vietnam, Da Nang is a city I am interested in firstly but realise the bigger cities may have more opportunities. I Have worked in 4 star and 2 rosette hotels in the UK and channel islands at Sous chef level and have 15 years catering experience. I am interested in the expat chef job market and the availability to possibilities of making the move. I am single so have no ties or family to consider.
Any information regarding would be gratefully accepted and replied to..

I suggest that you do a Google search for the major hotel chains and then contact them for possible work.
