Recommendations for a PR Accountant

I have an accountant that knows federal and PR tax laws, While he seems to be familiar with 20 and 22, I am not sure if he is to the level you look for or not.

There are outfits that do that in PR but they seem to want rich customers and their advice probably cost an arm and a leg.
