Help me to study in Netherlands

Hope the following help you a little.
Fontys exits for real at several locations in NL with all kind of specialisations/studies. 

Dutch Ministery Control/check
One of the key features of the Dutch education system is to give a lot of freedom but keep an eye on the schools/universities. The Dutch ministery of Education monitor, doing Inspections   reports evaluating the school/university :

When filling in Utrecht (in the box of [plaats]) for example you will find a list of several schools. If you choose the first option provided on the list for example, and you click on ‘overige rapporten' which is at the bottom of the page you will find a list of school reports for this particular school.
Unfortunately all information is given in Dutch.
However,  English document with information about the used Supervision frameworks may help to understaand this reports. May be "goolgle translate"too.

The inspection makes an test/check/evaluation for each possible studies proposed at university.
Fontys have several locations in NL and several kind of studies thus I can imagine that one is better than the other but in general in fontys is OK.

the fees:
Agree this is a lot of money, May be you could ask to pay in two terms/three tems?
