I have a paypal which I created when I got to China in Sept, 2015.
I have some money in my Paypal account which I would like to withdraw from my Bank.
However, I would just like to withdraw it when I'm back in Singapore (I'm a Singaporean) or when I'm in the Philippines (I'm a P.R. of the Philippines).
How can I go about doing that?
When I log into my paypal account. I see that I can only start a China, Hong Kong or US bank account in Paypal.
Can anyone be able to assist me?

I have problems with Paypal as well. Sent in a query twice, via their website which states that they will respond within 24 hour; they never did.
