We are considering moving to Shenzen, I am in the bicycle industry, needless to say I will be doing some rides.
I see there are some NZ'ERS in Shenzen.
Where is the best district /town to look for places to rent town house /apartment. amongst the expats.

Shekou has the bulk of the expat community, depending on your budgett i would recomend Penninsula, Coastal Rose Garden phase 3 or Mangrove West

Shekou is definitely the most international area in Shenzhen. If you are looking for town house, Jingshan Villa or Mont Orchid could be good opition. Good luck.
