Hi - My parents, based in India, would like to visit KL and it's a bit of a hassle to sort their visa from India. I don't think this applies for Indians specifically, but can I apply for their visas from KL? Any idea on the procedure? I haven't been able to find anything online; just information on applying from India.

Did you check with your employers? They could help in SVP, but the long term one though. Not the tourist visa.
