Has anyone had experience with this offshore banking company?

All banks anywhere in the world are bound by law to provide details of any account held by a person. This has been law since past two years.
Nothing is anonymous anymore.

Anyone who claims ofherwise is a liar and a cheat.

It bothers me I've found no reviews from their patrons, so far.

What should bother you even more is the fact that nowhere in their website is there any 'physical' address or telephone number for this so-called bank. You know it costs very little to put up a website, and that really gives no guarantee whatsoever that this is not just an elaborate scam.

I certainly would be extremely reluctant to enter into any kind of transactions with them without much more information about the company itself, including address and contact telephone numbers.

No - Companies like this are extremely dodgy at best.
I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole
