Hi.. I am on my husband's iqama.. Im his second wife.. Can my husband call his first wife and children on visit? Will govt provide visit visa for the first one ?

yep, as long as all papers are valid and his profession allows him.
Heck he can even issue iqama for them too.
IMO he should do that, all of you can live as 1 happy family
