A word of advice,México is a diverse country,each region having a different climate,landscape,diet etc.If your girlfriend is fixed where she is,through employment or family for instance,you may want to zone in on that particular area for your research.Why not come visit for a while first,That would be My advice

You Need see the Mexican embassy in Egipto ti see the requirement for tourist.

I asked  the Mexican embassy and i got the requirements, but the problem is here in Egypt when you reach the last year before college graduation you are not allowed to leave the country because they call you for the military service
