Hi.

I live in South-Africa and I would like to go to Ireland. I have an international Chef diploma, but I have been working in admin for a while now. I would like to know which parts of Ireland is good to start a new life?

I am just looking at a safe location, where I can get a good job and live safe, because that is my big reason for wanting to leave SA.
