Quality of life is in the top 10 percentile of the world population I would say. Within that, largely dependent on your wealth.

depends of your standards...
If you want to have fun,go to parties, meet people then it's city number 1 !
For the rest, if you don't speak the language not every one speaks English in the Hungarian population.
Also leave your logic at the border, here there is no logic ! 
))
And keep 2 eyes behind your head...
