Work Permit in Zambia

Hello! I husband will work in Zambia and needs to apply for a work permit.
The Immigration of Zambia requires submission of a police clearance from the applicant's home country. However, the Police Department required him to submit a copy of the law/guidelines where it states that a police clearance is required by the government of Zambia for such purposes before they can issue the clearance.
Does any of you have any idea where we can get this document? Preferably online.
I will appreciate any information.

Hello,
Kindly find the info on police clearance in the website below:

http://www.zambiaimmigration.gov.zm/ind … nt-permits

All the best.

The closest I found is:
http://www.zambiaimmigration.gov.zm/ima … _xxiii.pdf
Question # 16 asks about legal offenses - that would require a police check.

But this site actually is a bit better:
http://www.zambiaimmigration.gov.zm/ind … nt-permits
Look under "Application Steps" and you will find: "Police clearance certificate from applicant's country of permanent residence (proves that applicant has no previous criminal record)"

Hope that helps...
