Taipei. It's stylish, affordable, good life style, trendy, however, sometimes, the life cost is too expensive for new comers.

Taipei city is still the best. Transport is convenient. HSR & train to other parts of Taiwan, and MRT in Taipei. Cost of living in Taipei is manageable.
