Getting a Bahraini Driving License

Hi,

I am a british national and i am moving to Bahrain within the next few weeks and have a query on getting a driving license.

I have a UAE driving licence however it expired end of October 2015 and as i cancelled my residency visa in May 2015 i could not renew my license here in Dubai. When i move to Bahrain would i be able to just transfer my licence over to a Bahraini one seeing as i have a UAE licence or will i have to redo everything again?
