Well there were no listings for Bolivia and that is where i am. Have been living in Potosi for the last 7 months. This is a incredible country, all wide open spaces, blazing blue skies, thin air and incredible rugged beauty. I love the city of Potosi it is a treat for an artists eye, with something to capture the imagination around every corner. Potosinas are interesting people and do take a while to warm up to you but once they get to see the face around town a bit you will always be greeted. I have lived in Ghana, Nicaragua, and Guatemala but i have loved Bolivia most. The homeland is South Africa.

Hi Amrain,

Welcome! Finally, a resource person from Bolivia. I have been scouring the net (blogs, forums, etc) for information about Bolivia - with this destination coming up as one of our probable post countries for 2009.

Let me just gather my thoughts and will ask them in another forum.
