My Friend is a programmer almost 2 years working here in Saudi Arabia
he's plan after end of his contract is to Request Final Exit and go visit his friend in
dubai and find a new job there.. is this possible? the problem here is that his work profession on his
visa is Installation laborer instead of a programmer.
Need Advice please i heard if your profession is laborer you cannot apply Visit Visa to UAE from KSA.
Exit Saudi Arabia and Transfer to UAE (iqama profession laborer)

His friends can sponsor a visa for him. Shouldn't be an issue.
or let him apply through emirates airline.

How about if his Kafeel will give him Exit Re-entry instead of Final Exit?

That depends purely on the Kafeel...You gotta convinve the Kafeel for a final exit and not for an exit re-entry as that would make your friend a need to come back to the kingdom within 6 monts else face a ban of 2 years I think...

He dont really mind if he will be banned in Saudi... his only concern it is possible to get visit visa in UAE if his visa in KSA is Exit Re-entry and iqama profession is Installation Laborer.

Hi Jeszie how are your friend doing now? Did your friend got an employee visa in dubai with an exit/re entry visa in KSA? I am currently planning to do it also, i will leave KSA this holiday without resigning since I got a work in UAE.
