Hi, I will be staying in Heredia City, CR for 5 weeks, beginning Feb 2, 2016 in downtown, near Palacio de los Deportes. I'd like information about yoga classes in that area, and maybe Pilates. Also, since I'm trying to practice Italian, is there any kind of organized exchange where I can practice conversational Italian with someone in return for practicing conversational English or Spanish with me? Perhaps through the University? I am fluent in both. Also, any kind of groups I can join to meet expats as well as Ticos? I'd appreciate your replies. Kat579.

Maybe you could drop an advert in the Costa Rica classifieds under Yoga classes so that to get an offer.

As far as language exchange is concerned, may drop an advert in the same section under Language exchange. This will help your ad in getting more visibility on the website.
