University of Botswana

I am considering applying for a faculty position at the U of Botswana. Would someone guide me as to the quality of education at the university as a whole? Is the faculty diverse in cultures? As a mature American female in good health and positive energy, would my presence be positively/ negatively received by peers, community, students?
