I'm living in Vega Baja, I'd like to know if anyone knows of any bars or hang outs in my area where I might meet any English speaking folk, I'm sure there are plenty of places in the city but that's 45 min from here, thanks.

I'm afraid I can't recommend any watering holes in your area but in my experience my Spanish gets better after a couple of drinks when I visit a local roadside bar.
