Go to Mai Van gold shop at no. 1A, Nguyen An Ninh street, opposite to Ben Thanh market,
or its neighbor/competitor: Ha Tam gold shop.
Everyday there are lots of tourists, locals ... buy & sell all kind of currency there.
This come from my travel experience, every time I go abroad, I need to exchange money,
and that is the address I go to.
I've checked several other options, but they usually give best prices (in my experience)
