Hi people, anybody visited Naseef House? How do you go there? Recommend me to visit?

Naseef House is a prime example of the Hijazi Architect  here in Jeddah, its used now and then to showcase some exhibitions. Officially, its open to public during the days(9-5), but you will rarely find it so. The house is empty from inside and the backyard is closed to public, so I will say its more interesting to look at it from outside than being actually inside it. To get there , you need to walk to the East end of Qabil Street and go under the bridge this will takes you to Alawi Souq and the house will be to your right side.

There are two (that I know of) guided tours to Balad area, they can arrange for you to go inside some of the houses.

Al Shafie (Shafi'i) Mosque, recently been restored, is a recommended place to see if you are going to Balad

I will recommend going to  Abdul Raouf Khalil Museum for more things to see
