Ive been offered a job and wanted to see if anyone works with or knows about experiences with Aldar or Aldar Laing ORourke

Hi ya, I haven't had any working experience with Aldar but my friend told me they are good company to work for.
Anyway, how long do you need to wait for their reply after the first interview? And how long does the whole process take from first interview till they make you an offer?
I'm thinking of apply a job at Aldar, I would appreciate it if you could answer my question.

Hi, I am a USA citizen with almost 20 years of Engineering and Construction Management experience on large and complex civil projects.I am strongly interested in securing a job and moving to Abu Dhabi. I am also very interested in working for ALDAR.
