I would like to know the procedure to have a job in Dubai.
I am a Mauritian and have worked for 6 years in Mauritius in the banking and Insurance sector.
I am doing ACCA level 3.
I can be available in 1 month

In ideal case, find and confirm a job online and let the company take care of Visa and other legalities.
Though Linkedin remains the best portal for job finding for a white collar professional, I am listing a few other sites focused more locally to UAE.
The other desperate way people use is that they come here on a visit visa and try to find a job in that period (1 to 3 months).
For your case, I don't think you will need to that.
Hope you are successful in your job search. And don't just apply online. Talk to people !!

There is no complicated procedures in this country. You must obtain a job first, then your employer will take care of your visa formalities as it's their responsibility. Online applications will not work out unless you are lucky enough. So, the best option is to come for a visit and try. Best of luck
