Hi,
I am really looking for a good job in Shenzhen either as a marketing assistant or in the import export industry but there is seemingly little opportunities in the region ( trust me I've scoured the sites, shenzhen party, glassdoor, echinacities and nothing substantial!).
How can the area have so little job prospects in these sectors... Is it case of being on the ground and networking that gets you into these industries?

I think they need foreign models more than business managers. Consider this: English speaking local staff cost around 500usd per month. besides, your networking channels from facebook and instagram are worthless here as a result of the Great China Fire Wall...
