You say "around San Ignacio" Does this mean right in town (i.e. walking distance to everything) or within reasonable driving distance (e.g., 5-mile, 10 mile, etc.)

$400 US or less. Less would be best. Don't want anything very big. Small kitchen, Bath and bedroom or bedroom living room combo. Somewhere safe with security bars. Place to sit in shade and read.
