$5,000,000 dong a day ICU in a place that will put you out on the streets if you cannot pay. Cautionary tale for any expat (especially older ones) thinking of living here. Make sure you have the funds for these types of emergencies. I've seen people in similar conditions laid outside the hospital who could not pay.
