Vietnamese Government implemented the visa exemption for travelers from France, Spain, Italy, Germany and Great Britain if they travel to Vietnam for less than 15 days. If they stay in the country longer than 15 days, they have to apply the visa as required. This policy takes effect from 01 July 2015 to 31 June 2016. Expats community in Vietnam doesn't get benefits from this exemption visa.

Isn't it obvious?
If I am traveling in a country for less than two weeks I probably would call myself a tourist, not an expat. Right?
