I have done some research about the company and most of the times they are scams. I will strongly suggest you to check the first 5 websites of this Google search page

You will notice everytime it is pure scam. They promise you a very high salary per month (Sometimes above 20,000 USD) with extra ordinary benefits. It is very tempting to fall in their traps, but I will suggest you to be careful in your decision!

Chevron is a major oil company in Nigeria. They can afford to pay you well depending on your area of specialisation. Why they would need to employ you through oceanic consultants is what I do not get. Go to the Chevron Nigerian Limited website and call the office directly for enquiries. Find out if they work with Oceanic Consultants and run the offer you received by their human resources department. It's that simple. Goodluck and proceed with caution.

Chevron anytime recruit via there contracting firm
if they do need a long term contract with the agent.

I know of an IT firm in Lagos that recruit for chevron
but all your interview will be done at Chevron office in Lekki.

Just be at alert when dealing with Nigerian!!!
