Hello Warial, Well  here in Chile there are, bigs companies doing business, like Bayer, Dow, Syngenta and many others.
What kind of  agrochemicals  do you have?
I think you must come to Chile to see and check the market.
For getting the residency you must go to the immigration service or go to the chilean embassy  in your country.
