Hello.I am 34 years old BE MBA having 12 years of post MBA exp.I am employed in India with package of 2.25 Lac monthly ctc and rexently I have a offer from oman for divisional manager for 1800 rial all inclusive plus annual ticket insurance with family status.Does this salary is enough if I compare my Indian salary. Also I would like to understand my future aspect career wise.please reply

On the face of it 1800 OMR is decent .....and in my view, the optimism ends there.
With a no tax regime, you would possibly end up making a little more money that what you currently do , but when it comes to your career , you may not have the kind of enhancement that you expect elsewhere .

Frankly, if I was you , a BE+ MBA with post qualification experience of 12 years, I would need double the amount to incentivise me to take up an assignment here .
