I just need to confirm regrding the visa on arrival in Dubai, I heard from someone that dubai stop issuing visa in the airport. Does anyone knows about this? Thanks

Yes. On-arrival visas were stopped last month. You have to arrange an e-Visa before travelling.
Here is application on UAE government official site: http://www.gdrfa.ae/GCCIND/
Cost: 250 AED (approx)
Takes 2-3 days.
