I used to purchase this in Thailand at any pharmacy but none of them seem to carry it here.
Are there any Opticians/Optometry shops that carry this or only the more expesive brand name saline like bausch & lomb?

Salt solution is a solution of salt in water (I'll bet you're shocked to hear that)

True but for rinsing contacts prefer more sterile/convenient solutions.
