Cardiologist job offer in Dubai

I am an interventional consultant Cardiologist currently practising in Melbourne, Australia but I am originally from the U.K. I am married and have a school going child and a toddler. I have been offered a post by Dubai Health Authority but am sceptical about the salary. They have offered a total monthly salary of AED 47,785 including all allowances. In addition they are offering annual business class tickets for the whole family. I feel this is insufficient given it will likely cost me approximately AED 20,000 for housing and schooling. The offer is certainly below par as the consultant doctor salaries in the UAE appear to be around the AED 70,000 plus allowances. I have made a counter offer to that effect but am not particularly hopeful.

Can anyone please advise further?
