Garage for 1 car (in the north or central or anywhere..)

I'm desperately looking for a garage, but I just can't seem to find one. Does anyone know someone who rents out a single garage? All I find are people who want to sell it.
I'd prefer if it's close to home (Mellieha) or work (Birkirkara/Balzan) but by now I really don't care anymore WHERE it is as long as I find one.
All hints and suggestions are appreciated!

Try a local estate agent ( frank salt ) offered us a garage just two weeks ago and it may still be available.

tried that. They are all for sale.
I even asked if they'd consider renting it out and those who didn't get upset about how stupid my question was said "only for sale".
