Is there any chance to teach italian in singapore?

I have an italian friend who wants to move from his country. He's currently working as sales in an insurance company in Milan. But wouldn't mind to teach italian. Is it hard to find a job in singapore? Even for an italian teacher?

It is only possible if he gets hired full-time by a language school.
This is unlikely, because such schools usually employ freelancers and part-time teachers.
There is no visa that allows foreigners to work freelance or part-time.
