BanExit fm ksa current staying in riyadh can apply visit visa to dubai

Asalamalikum warehmatullahi wabarakatahu,
i need guidance i came to K.S.A on Azaad visa but unfortunately it was company visa issued without owner information. when i reached  K.S.A entry number of my passport through airport has delivered a message of my entry to owner of the company so he imposed Huroob on entry or border no of my passport.
I tried to convince the company but it was too late because my visa was Expired now 5 month running currently so i decided to go backdoor exit & AGENT RUNAWAY but I NEED HELP  to apply VISIT VISA TO DUBAI & TRAVEL FROM RIYADH WITH BANNED EXIT RIYADH TO DUBAI,
CAN I APPLY ONLINE VISIT VISA TO DUBAI AFTER EXIT?
CAN I TRAVEL TO DUBAI WITH OUT GOING TO INDIA?
PLEASE SUGGEST ME.
