2 years Ban

Hello everyone..

I am Kunal from Ahmadabad.

I am having opportunity to move to muscat. But this 2 years Ban policy is confusing me.

I want to know that this policy is only for that particular who wants to switch to new job without completing contract period or is it for any person who has once entered in oman for job and has to leave once job contract is over. he cant work for next 2 years.

And 2nd question. will my spouse get work permission in oman at the same time?
