Hi,

We are still in the US and I have been writing on our blog about our move to China. We are a family and want to document and share all of our experiences with anyone, really.

I was wondering if anyone might be able to tell me how can we make it so that people in China can see our blog. We are not looking to post anything negative about China or its government, just what we are doing day to day.

We are using hosting with godaddy.com right now. Not sure if it is our hosting or what the deal is. The site was created with wordpress. I have found blogs of people living in China and have e-mailed them and not gotten a response.

Thanks in advance for your help.

There are not many people who like to read articles in English.Anyway, you can post your blog on any native Chinese website as you like.

Hello Paz smile.png, Welcome to Expat.com,

You can also post your blog via Expat.com website. The steps are simple, you visit the link Blogs and you click the link ADD A BLOG, and then you fill up the electronic form and you submit.

Hope this will help you and have a great day ahead.

Yud

Hi Paz,

The Republic of China has several laws concerning Internet Censorship. There are no specific laws or regulations which the censorship follows. In accordance with these laws, "more than sixty Internet regulations have been made by the People's Republic of China (PRC) government, and censorship systems are vigorously implemented by provincial branches of state-owned ISPs, business companies, and organizations."

So, I personally think this will surely depend on the user ISP whether they regulate the blogs there.

I hope that other users will comment on this issue smile.png...

Yud
