This is correct.
Cut and paste the letter (Personal details removed), and say where it came from.
Was it a reply to an application, or just some email out of the blue?

Acknowledging the other two comrades above- yes no one can comment much without knowing the contents.

The other part is, (based from what you say),

It is highly unlikely that you apply to a job and then directly get an offer letter without any interviews 

and such an organization normally has a couple of rounds in recruiting. Such as a screening interview, and then a skills test etc..

And also it is imperative that you should have received a call directly. If so, look that number up and save it, call back from another number after a day or so (if its a scam, you'll be able to catch the scammers offguard)

If you received it through email, whats the domain? visit the emirates airlines job portal and look at the mail or the offer letter to see the resemblance (most of the case, such prestigious companies have everything themed the same color coding and borders) very subtle stuff but if you look closely into these details you will notice differences. On the other hand, if you received the offer letter via post, search for the official contact number and inquire about it from the head office itself.

Without further info on the letter content or how you landed the job , I highly doubt anyone could cook up a thorough reply
