Making phone calls in Bolivia

I have found that by using Magic Jack that I purchased in the USA I can call all my friends and family back home. This works anywhere I can get WIFI as I just plug it into my laptop and the phone pad pops up with all my stored numbers on it.
My neighbor uses Skype and enjoys it very much.  For myself I have had very bad luck with Skype as it messed up my ability to open my email account and the only way to correct this was to restore my computer back before Skype was put on it.
I have also found a couple of places that have international calling abilities (for a premium price) that others use.
